Programs need actionable data to plan, design, and modify interventions. Oxfam WASH programs aim to ‘measure what matters’ through routine, data collection that supports results-oriented, evidence-based decision making. Through the Accountability and Quality Assurance (AQA) initiative, Oxfam has developed resources for setting up such systems through collaboration between MEAL and WASH program teams.
